For peace of mind and protection of your luxury items during delivery, consider delivery/ parcel insurance. Loss is rare but can be distressing if it occurs. You may choose any insurance company.

Without additional insurance, the standard courier claim limit is only $50.
SECURSUS parcel insurance
For example, you might opt for parcel insurance with SECURSUS at https://www.secursus.com/en-gb, costing 1.0% of the item's value. For instance, insuring £5,000 would be £50.
SECURSUS requires you to sign-up with them plus: photos of the item inside and outside the package, courier tracking info, carrier name, parcel value, insurance payment. Ensure you follow their instructions.
You can obtain this insurance before or on the day of departure until UK midnight. We can only provide this information if you request it before shipping, and we are here to assist with any further inquiries.

Ordering Process:
- Orders are confirmed upon full payment or initial payment (if approved for instalments).
- Contact us via WhatsApp, GARIS, or email for financial or personal matters only.
- All items are sourced brand new from manufacturers' retail stores and outlets.
- Delayed payments may result in items becoming unavailable.
Payment Details:
- Include your name, e-mail, phone, or order number with your payment.
- Provide proof of payment via photo or screenshot for verification with our bank transactions.
Angsuran (subject to prior approval):
- Payments are interest-free and accepted via cash or bank transfer only.
- An initial immediate payment is required, followed by monthly payments due within one week of each monthly anniversary.
- Missed payments will result in forfeiture of the item(s) and any prior payments made.
- For 5 instalments, each payment must be at least 20% of the total amount or the remaining balance.
- For 10 instalments, each payment must be at least 10% of the total amount or the remaining balance.
Exchanges and Refunds:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, as items are bought to order.
- Refunds will only be issued for items verified as seriously faulty due to manufacturing defects, confirmed by the original brand.
- Faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Returned items will be inspected for authenticity with original security festures and our identity tag.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping packaging, insurance, and method which will be refunded if the item is confirmed faulty.
- Refunds for unavailable items will be processed within three UK working days to the original payment method.
Shipping and Delivery:
- We document all items via photographs and videos before dispatch, including recording the integrated security features.
- Items are shipped after full payment is received.
- Items remain our property until full payment is received.
- Packaging will not display the item's value to reduce theft risk.
- Items are shipped under Free on Board (FOB) Origin terms: insurance, customs, import duty, and receiving country costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Courier liability is limited to $50. Delivery insurance is strongly recommended and is the customer's responsibility.
- Sign for deliveries and note any damage. Record a full-view video before, and during unpacking to document any issues.
