These are my summary terms & conditions which we agree together once you place an order.  Orders are accepted once payment is made to my business bank account; however if the item becomes unavailable I will return your payment immediately.  Your payment must identify you and/ or your order reference otherwise your payment could become lost; therefore please send me a screen shot of the payment receipt also.  I suggest you obtain shipping insurance since couriers only usually cover $50.  Shipping insurance is available from companies such as SECURSUS (, though it is your responsibility and choice.  Follow the shipping and delivery instructions especially including photographing any packaging & contents damages.  Please see my FAQ page and Terms & Conditions page or contact me anytime if you have any questions.


  1. Your order is accepted upon full or the first part payment being received.  Should you delay your payment, the item(s) you have selected may no longer be available; in which case I will advise you.
  2. If your chosen item is not available, a refund will be made to you by the same means you made payment.
  3. All payments to my bank account must be made with a reference of your name, email address, phone number, and/ or my order number.  Failure to provide this information may mean your payment is lost or difficult to identify.  It is therefore highly recommended that payment is only made by bank transfer, not cash.
  4. When payment is made, send a photograph or screenshot of the payment receipt.
  5. Insurance for your shipment is your responsibility and cost, please see my Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page for more helpful information.  As is standard practice, couriers limit their responsibility to $50 or so.  Therefore, for the small cost, we do suggest you consider insurance.  One insurance company I suggest you consider is SECURSUS and you can review their service from their website 
  6. Upon delivery the packaged item must be signed for.  If there appears to be damage to the packaging or contents then photographs and video must be taken at the time.  The parcel should be signed as “Received damaged”, and get in touch with me immediately.
